All our products and menus are GLUTEN, GRAIN, DAIRY and REFINED SUGAR FREE.
We care deeply about the sourcing of our animal proteins. All meat and eggs are organic, and pasture raised, Fish and shrimp are wild-caught and sustainably sourced. We only cook with organic coconut or avocado oil and our produce is organic and locally sourced, wherever possible.
